Studio Storerooms of 20 and 21st century sculpture were made available to the public on 2nd June 2013. It was a major event for the Museum and a new form of displaying statuary works from the Museum of Sculpture (401 objects from the Collection of Contemporary Sculpture). This is not an exhibition per se, but a collection designed to encourage public familiarity with the Museum during studio visits. Visitors can compare the qualities of different materials, observe the latest artistic trends, and even undertake their own drawing studies.
