Geo is an artist that moves seamlessly between fields of music, installation and performance. They come from creative worlds rooted in American queer DIY/punk performance aesthetic, improvisation, and poetry. In their performances they often speak with the voices of various personae stemming from pop culture, family, neighbors and their imagination. In this concert, they will focus primarily on their songs written for the keyboard, their first instrument.
Nathan Gray is an artist and experimental musician whose recent works have taken the form of lecture-performances, live story telling and rumour. Hovering somewhere between science fiction and experimental composition, Gray invites audiences to examine social, political and scientific limitations and imagine together how they might be exceeded or reconfigured.
Y-L Hooi & Tarquin Manek have releases in london based record label Blackest Ever Black with more forthcoming. Live, they utilise brass, wind, and electronic instruments with vocals and guitar to explore off pop chamber dub presented with an unhinged attitude and intense glares.
Alicja is a duo risen out of the beautiful friendship and deep love for music from all over the world. It's created by Tomasz Alicja Kowalski and Kacper Alicja Rączkowski. They both will present songs from their upcoming debut "Klucze" ("Keys") along with a mix of narrative and abstract stories and rhythms from Alicja's favorite albums.
