14 May – 25 October 2026 The Xawery Dunikowski Museum of Sculpture in Królikarnia
We kindly invite you to participate in a yoga event conducted by Kirti Gahlavat Yoga – multiple gold medalist in international yoga competitions and yoga teacher for 20 years. She graduated from Haridwar Institute of Yoga (India). At present she is working for the India Embassy in Poland teaching Indian culture (India in Poland – Embassy of India). She was the leading teacher during International Day of Yoga in Poland and Lithuania in 2016, 2018. 2019 and 2020. Her vocation is to spread knowledge on yoga and cultural heritage of India.
‘Yoga’ implies a lot of meanings: your mind and body management, self- discipline when achieving your goals, sense of commonwealth. Yoga unifies spiritual, physical and mind practice. The space of Królikarnia Park creates the perfect place for both nature and culture bond.
A 40-minute practice will combine the lecture with practice based on the author’s (Kirti’s) experience.
The practice will be run in English.
Matts are requested as we cannot provide you with them.
