We are pleased to announce that the catalogue “Destination Paris. Polish Women Artists from Bourdelle’s Studio” accompanying the exhibition presented at the Museum of Sculpture from 9 May to 26 October 2025 has been awarded in the Museum Book of the Year 2025 competition in the “Exhibition catalogues” category.

This inventively designed and carefully produced album includes essays on the history of the relationship between women artists from Poland and their master, as well as the circumstances in which Bourdelle’s monument to Adam Mickiewicz in Paris was created. The catalogue section features photographs of the works shown in the Królikarnia exhibition and unique period photographs, presented in this way for the first time.
The graphic design is by Kamila Schinwelska and Marcin Gwiazdowski of Studio Elipsy.
